Copyright Policy

1. Respect for third-party rights

Pallet Prints respects intellectual-property rights. Users must have the rights and permissions needed for images, prompts, and other material they submit and remain responsible for how they use generated results. Our copyright notice covers Pallet Prints' original site content; it does not claim ownership of user-submitted material, trading-card artwork, third-party brands, or other third-party content.

2. Reporting a copyright concern

If you believe material available through the Service infringes your copyright, email a written notice to hipalletprints@gmail.com containing:

• your full name and contact information;
• identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
• the exact URL, run identifier, or other information that lets us locate the material;
• a description of why you believe the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder; and
• your physical or electronic signature.

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a copyright notice may create legal liability.

3. Our response

We may ask for more information, restrict access to identified material while we investigate, notify the affected user, or take other action we consider appropriate. We may terminate or restrict accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Sending a notice does not guarantee any particular outcome.

4. Responding to a restriction

If your material was restricted because of a copyright report and you believe that happened through mistake or misidentification, contact the same address with the relevant run or account information and a clear explanation. We may forward your response and contact details to the person who submitted the original report where permitted by law.

5. Other intellectual-property concerns

For trademark, publicity-right, counterfeit, or other intellectual-property concerns, use the same contact address and identify the right, material, and requested action. Also review the content rules in our Terms of Use.
