1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Pallet Prints collects, uses, discloses, and retains information when you use our website, account features, card-art generation tools, purchases, and downloads (the "Service").

2. Information we collect

• Account information: identifiers and contact details supplied through our sign-in provider.
• Your content: uploaded images, image URLs, card selections, prompts, crop choices, and generation settings.
• Service records: generation jobs and results, credit balance and usage, purchase and checkout records, downloads, support requests, and error or security logs.
• Payment and eligibility information: our payment processor collects payment details and a U.S. eligibility address for credit purchases. We receive the customer name and address, transaction status, amount, currency, and related identifiers, but do not intentionally collect or store full payment-card numbers.
• Device and usage information: browser, device, network, page-view, referral, and interaction information collected through hosting, security, and analytics services.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• authenticate users and provide generations, saved results, downloads, credits, and purchases;
• process and reconcile payments, provide receipts, and respond to refund or support requests;
• confirm that credit purchases are limited to customers located in the United States;
• operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Service;
• detect fraud, abuse, infringement, and violations of our Terms of Use; and
• comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect users, third parties, and the Service.

We do not use your submitted card images or generated results for advertising without your permission.

4. AI processing and service providers

To create a result, the Service may send your source image, prompt, and generation settings to third-party generative-AI providers. We also use providers for authentication, hosting, databases, file storage, payments, analytics, security, and customer support. These providers may process information for us under their own terms and privacy notices and may operate in countries other than yours.

5. When we disclose information

We disclose information to service providers as needed to operate the Service; when you direct us to do so; to comply with valid legal process; or when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect rights and safety, or complete a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of the Service. We do not sell personal information for money.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, maintain transaction and credit records, resolve disputes, secure the Service, comply with law, and maintain backups. Retention varies by data type and operational need. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

8. Children

The Service is intended only for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information in violation of this policy, contact us so we can investigate.
